✨Where Our Energy Went

Most of our energy this month went into getting back into the groove of school and sports. New routines, new schedules, and a lot of running around. The kids are excited about fresh classes, teammates, and what’s ahead — and honestly, the parents feel that excitement too.

There’s relief in the structure, even if it comes with packed evenings and endless drop-offs.

For me, I was glad for school to start, but I won’t lie — it was tough to let go of summer. We packed a lot of adventure into those months, and saying goodbye to that slower rhythm stung a little. Now, I’m leaning into the energy of fall while carving out time for myself and getting excited about what’s ahead.

Like many of you, I juggle being a parent, a cheerleader from the sidelines, and a business owner in the health and wellness world. Some days it feels like a lot, but that mix is also what makes the season meaningful.
