1. Submit A Consultation Form
Submit a Consultation form answering a few simple questions. Schedule a video call based on the calendar link sent to you once the form is complete.
2. Scheduled Video Call
During our video call – we will learn more about you, your business and gain an understanding about your specific needs. We will discuss if we are a good fit for one another. If we are not the right fit, we will always provide appropriate referrals if needed, so you can find the right fit for your practice/studio/spa.
3. Review of paid Diagnostic Review
Our accounting specialist will take a look at your financial records to inform you of any issues and uncover any historical issues that need to be addressed.
4. Proposal
We’ll review our notes, your needs and present you with a quote to be discussed. Once the proposal is approved we are ready to move forward with a contract.
5. Onboarding

Once the contract is signed, we begin our boarding process.
We’ll create a clear and empowering timeline with meaningful milestones to get your accounting up to date. You’ll feel confident knowing exactly when we need your input and eagerly anticipate our updates, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process.
